PIER & BEAM FOUNDATIONS:

We now offer a steel pier repair system for pier and beam foundations. This is longer-lasting and comes with a much longer warranty, compared to using solid blocks or cement piers.

We now offer a STEEL PIER REPAIR SYSTEM for pier and beam foundations. There are TWO OPTIONS for using steel piers under a pier and beam home. OPTION ONE has the piers going down approximately between five and 15 feet deep and comes with a 10-year warranty. OPTION TWO has the steel piers going down approximately two feet deep and has a concrete footing. This option comes with a two-year warranty. The steel pier system is longer-lasting and comes with a much longer warranty, compared to using solid blocks or cement piers. We are phasing out the cement pier system and only using it upon request, since option two above costs about the same to install.
